 Presidents Report:

The Scott Township show will be held at the Community Room in Scott Park on Friday, March 3^rd and Saturday, March 4^th.  Hours for the show are 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday evening and 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm on Saturday.

 

Setup for the show will be on Thursday, March 2nd from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Friday, March 3rd from 9:30 am until 12:00 noon.

 

Jeff sent an email to the club list regarding a person who is selling Lionel train equipment.  If anyone is interested, email Jeff and he will pass along your information to the seller.

 

Treasurers Report:

Cash on hand is $810.00 and $4,492.25 is in checking for a total balance of $5,302.25.

 

Program:

Rich Aubel demonstrated his technique for making the water on his module by using Magic Water by Unreal Details (unrealdetails.com) and Water Effects by Woodland Scenic, or Acrylic Medium Gloss Gel from art stores, Amazon, or Ebay or other art supply locations.

 

Dave Murphy demonstrated his method for supplying power and operating timers for the carnival rides on his module.

 

Dale Vilsack demonstrated the turntable controller he made using a stepper motor, Arduino, and rotary indexer.
