Presidents Report:

We have applied to Greenberg Shows for the Monroeville event along with NMRA Div 2 but as of now we haven’t heard anything back from them. Jeff hopes to have a report for the June meeting. 

An email has been sent to the Carnegie Library as a recap of the discussion at the April meeting.  We have agreed that we would like to try another show at some time in March or April of 2025. Our contact at the library has agreed that we will notify him when we have a clear idea of our preference of dates and we will discuss various ways to advertise the show. 

Vince Lilja has informed the club that he will no longer be able to provide his modules for future shows.  We encourage one or two members to take his modules and participate in future shows.  Anyone who thinks he might be interested can count on a lot of help and information from many of our members. Our layout is more impressive with the modules included so we would like to continue that. 

Treasurers Report:

The treasury contains $5,802.25 in total funds with $650.00 on hand and $5152.25 in checking. 

Program:

Members brought in tools that they use for various aspects of their model railroading.  Everything from work lights and magnifying lens glasses to foam cradles and turntables was presented and discussed.  This proved to be helpful to a number of members. 

Next meeting the program will be the discussion of 3D printers from the type of printers and materials to a run through of the process necessary for printing. Members who have 3D printers that they have used are encouraged to present their experience.
